Who we are

YourDRBroker is a real-estate team serving Cabarete, Sosúa, Puerto Plata, and greater Dominican Republic markets. We provide buyer representation, listing/marketing services, and advisory services on new-development opportunities. Each office is independently owned and operated. YourDRBroker is an independent marketing name.

Developers & project marketing

We collaborate with several developers to present new-build and pre-construction opportunities. The scope of our authorization varies by project and is always one of the following:

  • Authorized marketing partner (non-exclusive): permitted to market and introduce prospective purchasers; the developer completes final contracts and approvals.
  • General buyer representation: we present publicly available information and arrange introductions/tours; we are not the developer nor its agent unless explicitly stated for a specific project.
 

Disclosure: Unless explicitly stated as “Authorized marketing partner,” YourDRBroker acts as an independent buyer’s representative. Availability, pricing, terms, and unit allocations are set by developers and may change without notice.
